1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using De-Code ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Not Financial Advice

All content, signals, scores, and analyses provided by De-Code are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions. De-Code is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on platform output.

3. Subscription & Trial

De-Code offers a 30-day free trial upon registration. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at the then-current rate (₹499/month at launch). Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Mock Payment Disclaimer

The payment functionality on this Platform may include simulated (mock) payment flows for demonstration purposes. No real financial transactions are processed through mock interfaces. Do not enter real payment credentials in mock environments.

5. Data Accuracy & Delays

Market data is sourced from Yahoo Finance (free tier, ~15-minute delay) or Zerodha Kite (real-time, requires valid credentials). De-Code does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Data delays are clearly indicated in the interface.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, algorithms, design, and code are the intellectual property of De-Code. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, De-Code and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
